About Jane Mason Yoga
Yoga is an ancient Indian discipline which was developed as a practice to connect mind, body and breath. ​Benefits include: improved spine health, posture and balance, increased flexibilty and strength, re-aligning imbalances in the body caused by sports, work and posture.
Helps to ease stress and anxiety as well as aiding sleep.

I completed my 200hr yoga teacher training course with Evolve YTT in 2021 and will forever be a student of this vast and fascinating subject.
​
Living in the beautiful semi rural village of Warburton with 5 school aged children, life can be wonderfully chaotic. Yoga provides me with the much needed calm that is required to remain grounded for a busy life.
​
Most of my classes are based in Warburton (Lymm). Generally vinyasa flow yoga classes for all abilities from total beginners to the more experienced Yogi. I also hold a weekly power yoga class which is more cardio based. I set up a men only class which is a wonderful gateway into the world of Yoga for total beginners.
I also hold various chair yoga classes aimed at those who struggle to get up and down from the ground. The sessions are mostly seated combining gentle movement with breath work, leaving students feeling calm and energised and helping to improve their balance and mobility.

Chair Yoga Classes
A 30 minute seated session of movement, stretching and breath work. Promotes spine health, improves strength, mobility and balance. Helps to reduce stress, improve mindfulness and overall wellbeing. I am also available to hold these classes in senior living apartments and care homes. Drop in - £6.
